該設(shè)備可對(duì)鐵路客、貨車(chē)、機(jī)車(chē)及地鐵軌道交通等各型輪軸（輪對(duì)）、車(chē)軸外露表面及帶輻板孔車(chē)輪的輻板孔內(nèi)側(cè)，進(jìn)行熒光磁粉復(fù)合磁化探傷，設(shè)備自上料后，自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)噴淋、夾緊、磁化、圖像采集、儲(chǔ)存數(shù)據(jù)及退磁等功能。
The equipment can perform fluorescent magnetic particle composite magnetization flaw detection on various wheel shafts (wheel pairs), exposed surfaces of the wheel shafts and the inner sides of the spoke holes of wheels with spoke holes, such as railway passenger cars, freight cars, locomotives, subway rail traffic and the like. After the equipment is loaded, the functions of spraying, clamping, magnetization, image acquisition, data storage, demagnetization and the like are automatically realized.
