該設備是根據(jù)對機車軸承環(huán)磁粉探傷要求而設計,是固定式、半自動化設備。采用連續(xù)法復合磁化,用可編程控制器控制節(jié)拍,檢測客車軸承內(nèi)外環(huán)、貨車軸承外環(huán)表面及近表面因鍛壓、淬火研磨、疲勞引起的裂紋、夾渣等缺陷。設備采用穿棒法與U型磁軛法對工件進行全方位復合磁化。工件進行磁化時不接觸工件,屬于無接觸式。設備一次上料即可完成穿棒、噴灑、充磁、轉(zhuǎn)動觀察、退磁等工序,根據(jù)工作需要可手動或自動操作,使用方便。具有操作簡單,探傷效率高,安全、可靠、工人勞動強度低等特點。
This equipment is designed according to the requirements for magnetic particle inspection of locomotive bearing rings. It is a fixed and semi-automatic equipment. The continuous composite magnetization method is adopted, and the beat is controlled by a programmable controller to detect defects such as cracks and slag inclusion caused by forging, quenching and grinding, fatigue and the like on the inner and outer rings of the bus bearing, the outer ring surface of the truck bearing and the near surface. The equipment adopts the rod penetrating method and the U-shaped yoke method to carry out omnidirectional composite magnetization on the workpiece. When the workpiece is magnetized, it does not contact with the workpiece, which belongs to non-contact type. The equipment can complete the processes of rod threading, spraying, magnetizing, rotating observation, demagnetization and the like by once feeding, and can be operated manually or automatically according to work requirements, thus being convenient to use. It has the characteristics of simple operation, high flaw detection efficiency, safety, reliability, low labor intensity of workers, etc.
